Badhakopi Bhaji
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 Onion, cut into thin half rings
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Head of Cabbage, chopped
- Salt
- 1 tsp Tumeric powder
- 2 tsp Corriander Powder
- Some green chillis, chopped
- bit of water (for deglazing)
- 1 bunch Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Sauté/Sweat the onion in olive oil
- Add Garlic, sauté until fragant
- Add Cabbage
- Add salt, tumeric, corriander powder
- Add green chillis
- Deglaze w/water, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add most of the cilantro
- top with remaining cilantro
